GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Price Validity

• • All prices are subject to change with prior notice.
  • Prices remain valid for 1 (one) month from the date of quotation.
  • We encourage customers to place orders promptly to secure the quoted price.

2. Price Basis

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in USD, FOB Jakarta – Indonesia, based on:

• • 20’ Container : ±30 m³
  • 40’ Container : ±60 m³
  • 40’ High Cube : ±71 m³

3. Sample Orders

Sample orders (below 20 pcs per item) are accepted.

• • A 25% surcharge will apply to the basic price.
  • Quantity for 4-9 pcs, we will add 50% surcharge.
  • Quantity for 1-3 pcs, we will add 100% surcharge.

4. Volume & Loadability

• • All volume calculations are approximate.
  • For mixed containers, total volume may vary with a tolerance of ±10%.

5. Price Adjustment

Prices are subject to reconfirmation upon order due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• • currency fluctuation, fuel cost changes, or raw material price variation.

6. Payment Terms

Payment shall be made by:

• • Irrevocable L/C at sight, negotiable at any bank, or
  • 50% down payment and 50% balance against shipping documents prior to shipment, or other mutually agreed terms.

7. Shipping & Additional Costs

• • Shipping costs outside Jakarta are borne by the customer.
  • For air freight, prices exclude handling fee, warehouse fee, AWB & CG fee, and agent fee.

8. Responsibility & Claims

• • Cantik Rattan is not responsible for damage caused during transportation.
  • All claims must be supported by clear photographs. High resolution photo, unboxing video nonstop high resolution.
  • Claims cannot be deducted from invoices.
  • Defective goods will be replaced, and Cantik Rattan will nominate the forwarder.
